Their 6 fantastic children and 9 beautiful grandkids all reside on the West Coast, and often find their way to Kauai . Joani Lendahl, RA
Joani’s natural bent toward providing customer satisfaction came from her prior professional work, first as an owner of a financial consulting firm, followed by business start-up consulting. All of this was built on her earlier airline headquarters management job with a focus on Customer Service.
She brought this experience and attitude to Kauai in the establishment of the Long Term Rental Management Department for the Brokerage. This is complemented by her separate company dedicated to providing all-encompassing service to absentee property owners. Today she serves as the consultant to the Rental Management Department. We love Kauai.
